E3000 HYDRONIC HEATER
TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR WINTER CONSTRUCTION
The Wacker Neuson E3000 is a hydronic surface heater. This hydronic heating system utilizes a burner that indirectly warms the Heat Transfer Fluid (HTF). The warmed HTF is continuously circulated through a vented, closed loop hose system. A positive displacement pump pushes the warmed HTF through the hose system, thereby radiating and transferring the heat to the required application area. Designed and built in accordance with the latest global safety standards. It has been carefully engineered to eliminate hazards as far as practicable and to increase operator safety through protective guards and labeling.

Engineered for reliable performance and trouble-free starts for up to 81 hours of run time, the E3000 will provide maximum flow and ensure consistent heat delivery for thawing and curing applications

With 3,000 ft. of hose and a hydraulic hose system, the E 3000 allows for single person set-up and placement, for greater flexibility on all applications.

Thaw - 3,000sqft
Cures - 6,000sqft
Frost prevention - 9,000sqft -
Positive displacement pump provides maximum flow and consistent heat delivery for thawing and curing. One pump per hose loop means delivery of maximum Btu's per hour.

A digital temperature controller with push button adjustment allows operators to easily adjust Heat Transfer Fluid (HTF) output temperature for all ground thawing or concrete curing applications.

Performance monitoring strobe light indicates from a distance that all systems are operating properly.

Includes a 6 kW diesel generator with up to 81 hours of continuous run time. Onshore and offshore capabilities with this machine.
